Boinns tray dryer is used for the best drying results. It is a double walled cabinet with Single or Two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys. Tray Dryer is provided with control panel board, process timer, Digital temperature controller cum indicator etc. Tray Dryer is available in capacities ranging from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays. 

Electricity, hot water, steam and hot oil all available as heating media. The drying process is affected by a horizontal air flow. The unique construction of the chamber secures a uniform air distribution and a minimal difference of temperature inside the chamber, provides the most efficient drying. PLC controller is also available for the control system. The trays can be placed directly on fixed tray supports inside the chamber or they can be placed on mobile racks to be placed inside the chamber. Trays can be supplied with round corners for easy cleaning.

Boinns vacuum tray dryer is a batch drying machine that uses a vacuum and a heated medium to dry materials without damaging them with heat. It's often used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries to dry materials that are sensitive to oxygen, temperature, or moisture, or have low residual moisture. This machine is designed to remove moisture from hygroscopic substances.

Vacuum tray dryers are box-shaped and have trays that are loaded and unloaded through a vacuum-sealed door. The trays sit on top of stacked heating plates that can be heated with water, steam, or thermal oil. The dryer works by passing hot fluid through the heating plates raising the temperature of the feedstock through conduction reducing the solvent's boiling point.

Typically, a vacuum tray dryer consists of three to 96 trays. The number of trays depends on the size and type of the machine. This unit is highly efficient and is the ideal solution for drying materials that are sensitive to oxygen and thermal energy. It has multiple shelves to evenly distribute the drying process. Each shelf is equipped with a dummy shelf that prevents powder from escaping. Each shelf is designed to be equipped with a rigid and hollow baffle to provide maximum safety. Each shelf is also equipped with an outlet and inlet nozzle.

It is ideal for products that are sensitive to oxygen or temperature, and are high grade. It is also suitable for products with low moisture content. It is equipped with multiple heating plates that are mounted one above the product in the trays. The bottoms of the heating plates are smooth to facilitate optimal heat transfer.
